Comparative Taxonomic Analysis Workshop

In this workshop we will do a comparative analysis of several Baltic Sea
samples on taxonomy. The following topics will be discussed:

- Taxonomic annotation of rRNA reads using sortmeRNA
- Visualizing taxonomy with KRONA
- Comparative taxonomic analysis in R
